There is very little to say about Simpledoc. It is a tool I created to create the HTML files with the documents source that I distribute with Dandelion.

It generates HTML files from a single file of Tcl source, or all Tcl source files in a directory. It uses very simple wiki-like markup to format comments with headings, lists and tables.

Simpledoc uses uses some code from Jeff Hobbs’ tcl2html.
