I have written a simple program to provide a slightly more convenient summary of information in the CSV of incoming link information you can download from Google Webmaster Tools.
It provides a list of domains linking to you, new links, and links that have disappeared, and summary stats.

It still has some minor bugs, but I decided to release it as I am very busy and it may be a few weeks before I can fix them all, and it is perfectly usable as is.
